Daily Activity Report
The Daily Activity Report was initiated in the day to day processes of AuroIN to bring clarity on everyday assignments, the time allotted for each assignment and the target achieved. The Daily Activity Report helps the team members, project managers as well as clients to keep track of their targets and assignments. The document also helps everybody involved to work in tandem to rectify any shortcomings.
The Daily Activity Report is also incorporated into the Weekly Reports send to the clients. The Daily Activity Report is especially helpful for clients to keep track on the progress of their projects.
