Unsubscribe rate can show them how many people are turned off by their ads and decide to stop receiving them. These stats can both be used to determine if the particular campaign is effective enough to continue in the future.
Any company that is looking to determine if their e-mail marketing campaign is effective taking a look at these two important metrics can be a great step in the right direction. Marketing research is just as important as marketing itself. It is pointless to continue to implement a marketing campaign that is having little to no effect at all on the revenue of a business.
