Static page Urls :-
The website address that is the URLs should be static html page, containing a keyword, or even two keywords preferably. Dynamic URLs are less likely to be indexed in MSN search so better to be avoided. Gradually the MSN algorithm is becoming more diversified and during the process the dynamic URLs would then be effectively indexed. But for the meantime, static html page URLs will be a better option.
Proper internal linking :-
